Accessibility Statement
Last updated: September 17, 2026
EZ Business Advisors LLC, d/b/a Concord Deal Platform is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all people, including those with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
1. Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities. We treat accessibility as ongoing work: conformance is a target we continuously test and improve against, not a one-time state.
2. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML and landmarks to support screen readers and keyboard navigation.
- Colour contrast reviewed toward WCAG AA targets.
- Keyboard-operable controls and visible focus states where practical.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Responsive layouts that remain usable when text is enlarged or on small screens.
3. Known Limitations
Some third-party content, uploaded documents, or rapidly evolving areas of the Platform may not yet fully conform. Where we become aware of an issue, we prioritise a fix or provide an accessible alternative on request.
4. Feedback & Assistance
If you encounter accessibility barriers, or need information from the Platform in an alternative format, please contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or assistance you need:
support@concorddeal.com — please include the page and a description of the issue.
5. Ongoing Effort
We review accessibility as part of our product development and welcome reports from users so we can keep improving. This statement may be updated as our practices evolve.
