EZ Business Advisors LLC, d/b/a Concord Deal Platform is the business that operates the Concord Deal Platform and is responsible for the personal information described in our Privacy Policy.

1. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law and certain exceptions, you have the right to:

• Know / access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Delete personal information we have collected from you.
• Correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
• Limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
• Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services or charge different prices for exercising your rights.

2. Do We Sell or Share Your Information?

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Accordingly, there is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" opt-out required for our own practices. We do not sell or share the SMS opt-in data or mobile information you provide through the Platform with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you or for any purpose other than the purposes permitted by law (for example, to perform the services you request, for security, and to comply with law).

4. How to Submit a Request

To exercise the rights above, email us at privacy@concorddeal.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." Please describe the request and the information it concerns.

• We will acknowledge your request and may ask you to verify your identity before acting.
• You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
• We aim to respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 45 days).

5. Deletion and Exceptions

Where you request deletion, we will delete or de-identify the information except where we must retain it to comply with a legal obligation, complete a transaction, detect security incidents, or as otherwise permitted by law. Deal and financial records may be retained for the record-keeping period required by applicable professional rules.

6. Verification

To protect your information, we verify requests by matching the information you provide with our records and may request additional information where necessary. Authorized agents must provide written permission signed by you.
