Payment Authorization & Billing Terms
Last updated: September 18, 2026
Purpose
This page governs billing, payment authorization, non-payment, and chargeback handling for all subscription fees, marketplace listing fees, and marketing materials store orders.
Authorization for Recurring Billing
- By entering payment information and completing signup or checkout, Subscriber authorizes Concord (via its payment processor, Stripe) to charge the payment method on file for the applicable subscription fee on each billing cycle, automatically, until Subscriber cancels.
- This authorization remains in effect until Subscriber cancels or updates payment information, and covers plan changes, add-on seats, and any renewal at then-current pricing with notice as required by the Master Subscription Agreement.
- Subscriber is responsible for keeping payment information current; a declined charge due to outdated payment information is treated the same as non-payment.
Non-Refundable Fees
All subscription fees, one-time setup fees, and completed marketplace/store orders are non-refundable except: (a) as expressly stated in the Master Subscription Agreement or Terms of Service, (b) where required by law, or (c) at Concord's sole discretion in the case of a demonstrated billing error.
Non-Payment
- If a charge fails or an invoice is not paid when due, Concord will attempt to notify Subscriber and may retry the charge.
- A past-due account not cured within 10 days of notice may be suspended without further notice.
- A late payment fee of $25 or 1.5% per month (18% annually) on the overdue balance, whichever is greater, may be assessed on any amount unpaid more than 10 days past its due date.
- Continued non-payment beyond 30 days constitutes a material breach and grounds for termination, without limiting Concord's right to collect the amount owed.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- Subscriber agrees to contact Concord directly at billing@concorddeal.com to resolve any billing dispute before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with their bank or card issuer.
- An unauthorized or bad-faith chargeback initiated for a fee the Subscriber authorized is a material breach of the Master Subscription Agreement and may result in immediate suspension or termination of Subscriber's account, in addition to any other remedy available to Concord.
- Subscriber is responsible for any chargeback fee, bank fee, or processor penalty Concord incurs as a result of a chargeback later determined to be invalid or made in bad faith, and agrees to reimburse Concord for such amounts.
- Nothing in this section limits a cardholder's legitimate right to dispute an unauthorized or fraudulent charge that Subscriber did not make or authorize.
Collections
Concord may refer a materially past-due account to a third-party collections agency or pursue collection through any lawful means, and Subscriber agrees to reimburse Concord's reasonable costs of collection, including attorneys' fees, to the extent permitted by law.
Store and Marketplace Orders
Marketing materials store orders and paid marketplace listing fees are billed at the time of order and are non-refundable once production or fulfillment has begun, consistent with the Terms of Service and any vendor-specific satisfaction guarantee disclosed at checkout.
